Follow the below steps
Go to Settings > Settings & Privacy > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and deletion or follow this link: https://www.facebook.com/deactivate_delete_account
Select “Delete account” and click “Continue to account deletion” as shown below.
Click “Delete account“
