We provide support for some of our products or services according to agreements created between TafHub hereafter «The Company» and our clients. The duration of our free support period, if any, is documented in the invoice. If there is no agreement about free support and not represented in the invoice, then there is no free support provided. A support agreement can be created by issuing a new invoice. If your site gets hacked or any of the services is not working after some time, and it is not covered by our support with a legitimate agreement, we do not have any liability. Please buy the support you need before any incidents happen. The supports that are bought after an incident happened do not cover the incident. Support covers any updates or bug fixes from the time bought until the expiration date of the support bought.

Also, in some client websites, we provide them the feature of blog posting, or other content creation. We do not have any liability on the content created by the client. The website provides hosting services through partnerships with third-party hosting providers. While we facilitate hosting services for our clients, the actual server infrastructure and security are managed by these third-party providers.

In the event of any security breaches, including hacking, we can act as an intermediary by submitting support tickets and communicating with the hosting provider on your behalf. However, we do not directly control server-level security and cannot guarantee immediate resolution or take direct action to address such incidents.

1. We rely on third-party hosting providers for server infrastructure, and our ability to respond to incidents is limited to the support provided by these providers.
2. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from server breaches, hacking, or any other security-related issues beyond our direct control. Though, we can help to mitigate any issues that might arise.

We recommend that clients take appropriate measures, such as maintaining up-to-date website backups and utilizing strong security practices, to mitigate the risks of potential security breaches.

Domain

We can assist our clients to buy the domain they want from the domain registrar they choose. We can also suggest preferred domain registrars according to business location.

Hosting and Email Size and Limits

All our hosting and email services and suggestions have a size limit. You get a size limit according to your plan of selection. If you need more, additional services should be bought.

Transfer

In case of website transfer, paid hosting subscriptions will not be moved or reimbursed.

Payment Subscriptions

Some of our services are paid under subscription. Some subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Any paid subscription cannot be refunded. Please remember to cancel any subscriptions you do not need in advance.

Security and Data Protection

Some of our products and services come with basic security features. Though, digital products and services cannot be 100% secured at all times. Even huge corporations know that and struggle to keep up with the latest security guidelines. For our servers, we rely on the server provider that we trust, which provide security features.

Uptime

For our servers, we rely on the server providers that we trust and recommend, which mention that they provide uptime 99 to 100%.

Website Design and Website Development

• Displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, which are determined according to the client’s billing address.
• Business Email Accounts: We can assist the client to set up Microsoft 365 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/compare-all-microsoft-365-business-products), Google Workspace (https://workspace.google.com/pricing.html) or any other email provider they choose, and we know how to set up.
• The domain setup covers the initial assistance for setting up the domain and not the ongoing cost of the domain. The same applies also to the business email accounts.
• Monitor & Reporting: For these services, we usually use tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity which provide the mentioned features.
• For setting up the website on existing hosting and domain and not providing any maintenance, feel free to contact us.
• Top-up services can be included upon request.
